A few notes as you get started:

1. Each teacher must apply individually; please do not apply on behalf of a co-teacher or someone else.

2. Please write out your school name in its entirety, no acronyms.

3. You will need to know your current inventory of remaining kit supplies to complete this application.

4. When choosing a date, please remember you need two weeks of availability: Week 1 to receive the algae shipment, Week 2 to facilitate Algae Academy.
