Walking Path Survey

As part of the Drought Pipeline Project Phoenix Mountains Preserve Restorations, a natural walking path will be installed alongside the paved Dreamy Draw Bike Path. The path will extend north and south along the Dreamy Draw Recreation Area and will provide walkers and hikers their own path to enjoy the recreation area and access their favorite hiking trails in the Mountain Preserve.

* 1. Please select from either Option 1 (adjacent to the paved path) or Option 2 (offset, meandering).

Option 1: Adjacent to Paved Path: A natural path immediately adjacent to the bike path (no separation) that would allow walkers to easily step off the bike path and onto their own trail.

Option 2: Offset, meandering: A meandering natural path separated from the bike path by several feet of landscape in numerous areas. This path will have multiple locations where it is immediately adjacent to the bike path to allow users to get on and off the bike path or cross to the bike path without walking through landscaping.
