Thank you for attending! Your feedback is very important as it helps us improve future educational events. To provide your input and receive your CME certificate, please follow the steps below by October 13, 2025.

1. Have your ABA ID number (if applicable).
2. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
3. Indicate the number of hours you attended (credit will be verified against registration).
4. Your certificate will be sent to the e-mail address provided within 3 weeks of submission.

Note: Basic FATE certificates will be issued only for those who completed the eLearning. By clicking "Next" you will enter the course evaluation and claim your CME credits, along with certificate.
