This is our school's biggest fundraising event ever, and we need your help to make it a success!

Funds raised will directly support nature immersion and outdoor programming, helping to enrich our unique learning environment by providing Waldorf-inspired and nature-based experiences, equipment and books.

Volunteering is a simple way to make a big impact. No special skills or experience are required, and it’s a great opportunity to connect with other parents while supporting our Alpenglow school community.

To make it easier for parents, we’re offering the following perks:

🚍 Shuttle Services – A shuttle bus will take volunteers to and from Canmore.
🚗 Carpooling Coordination – Prefer to drive? We’ll help connect volunteers for carpooling.
🍽 Complimentary Meals – Enjoy a complimentary meal and snacks at the casino while you volunteer.
🛏 Hotel Accommodations – Need a place to stay? We’re offering hotel accommodations if needed.
🃏 Training on Site – A professional casino advisor will be on hand to guide us through every step.

General Manager - Supervises the cash cage, covers for all positions.

Banker – Fills chip orders and supervises cash outs.

Cashier – Handles money, records transactions.

Chip Runner – Transfers chips between tables and cashier.

Count Room Volunteer (Count Room Shift Only) – Helps count and sort chips and cash.
