Collaborative Partners Initiative (CPIN) - Organizational Coaching Interest Form - 2025 |
The City of Tacoma is partnering with Collaborative Partners Initiative (CPIN) to provide capacity building support for non-profit organizations funded by the Neighborhood and Community Services Department and the Tacoma Creates program. CPIN will work with organization staff, volunteers, and/or board members to build skills that support organizational success; they will provide coaching and professional learning support, rather than acting as a contractor that completes tasks independently.
Any funded organization can request this support; priority will be given to newer organizations, BIPOC-led organizations, and organizations serving communities most impacted by systemic oppression; for cultural organizations there is also a priority on organizations with budgets under $500,000. There is a limited number of support hours available; organizations are encouraged to submit their request as soon as possible even if they'd like to schedule the coaching for later in the year.
Organizations may receive up to 4 hours of coaching between April and December, 2025. Additional hours may be available on a case by case basis, pending availability.
The priority deadline to request support is May 14, 2025.
