What is the purpose of this survey?

Welcome!

This survey is being provided to key Reform Party leaders and members of the Party Building Committee to evaluate proposed Platform Bullet Points.

As a reminder, we are not trying to create new platform issues, but to present our existing stances in a more clear manner. To do this, we are developing different levels of information based on our platform:

-The Tag Line
-The One Liners (approved by ExCom)
-The Platform Bullet Points (which you are reviewing)
-Detailed Platform (already exists, to be reformatted)
-White Papers on specific topics

It may be that in this process, we see that a new platform plank is needed, or an existing one should be removed. If this happens, we will put the question to the next National Convention.
This survey addresses Issue #11: Constitutional Rights.

The Reform Party SUPPORTS the principles established in the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence as our guiding principles for the rights of our citizens and for defining the scope of our Government.

You will be asked to review several short bullet points. These bullet points should be simple statements about what we MEAN when we talk about this issue, but without getting into too much detail. If possible, we want this level of our document to fit on ONE PAGE.

For each bullet point, you will be asked:

-Whether you agree or disagree that this issue should be a bullet item for that issue and whether the wording works.

-Any suggested changes to the wording.

Also, at the end of the survey, you will be asked whether there are any additional bullets that should be included under this issue.
