Question Title

* 5. Can you help inspire others to give more?

Matched giving is when generous people, like you, pledge to match donations made by others to one of Burnet’s appeals.

That means for every dollar someone donates, your gift matches it, doubling or even tripling the impact.

But more than that, matched giving motivates others to give. When donors know we’re able to double, or even triple, the value of all gifts up to a set figure, they’re more likely to act – and give more generously.

This is a powerful way to support Burnet’s life-saving research and programs that make sure no-one is left behind.

We’re currently looking for passionate supporters to help launch our next matched giving campaign.

Would you consider making a special donation of $1,000 or more to be part of the matched giving fund?

It is estimated an additional 4·7 billion people will be at risk of mosquito-borne diseases (like malaria, Japanese encephalitis, dengue fever, Ross River virus) in the next 35 years. Would you be interested in learning more about these breakthrough opportunities and how you might support them with a leadership donation (e.g. $5,000+)?
