We are excited to invite you to submit your abstract and join us in showcasing the latest industry insights, technical know-how and connecting with fellow professionals. Up to 6.5 CPD hours may be claimed for the preparation and presentation of papers at the Branch Conference.

The closing date for abstract submissions is 20 February 2026 and will be reviewed shortly thereafter.

If your abstract is successful, you will receive a 50% off the Standard Conference Registration cost. You will also be eligible to win the Best Paper Award and you will be required to submit an accompanying paper.

The winner of the Best Paper award at each Branch Conference will receive registration and an opportunity to present at the 2026 IPWEA-QNT Annual Conference, 30 September – 02 October at the Sunshine Coast.

Presentation sessions will be 30 minutes in duration (including Q&A); however, we are introducing the opportunity to present a “Lightning Presentation” of 15 minutes in duration.

Up to 90 minutes of presentation time will be available, allocated across 15- and 30-minute presentation slots.

Please note:
- Each submission can include up to five authors, with a maximum of two presenting authors.
- Abstracts are not automatically accepted. All submissions will be reviewed on merit and in the context of the overall program.
- Presentations must be non-commercial in nature. Sales-focused content will not be accepted.
- By submitting an abstract, you consent to your Paper, PowerPoint presentation, and any recordings (audio or video) of your session being published in the IPWEA-QNT Knowledge Centre.

If your submission is not selected for this event, you may instead be invited to present at our 2026 Annual Conference.
