Dietitians Australia - member survey aged care government proposal

Dietitians Australia will soon pitch a proposal to the Minister for Health and Aged Care, the Hon Mark Butler MP, which if successful will require a substantial number of Accredited Practising Dietitians to conduct malnutrition screening, oral health screening, as well as Menu & Mealtime Quality Assessments in residential aged care homes, Australia-wide. Training will be provided to all APDs involved. We wish to gauge the potential number of members who could be willing and able to assist in paid work should we be successful with funding to deliver on the proposal.
