
2025-2026 CREW Boston Leadership Academy Application |
Applications are now being accepted for CREW Boston's Leadership Academy Class of 2025-2026.
Eligibility:
• Applicants should be professionals working in the commercial real estate industry who have demonstrated leadership within their organization, including managing small teams.
• An ideal applicants will be at mid level and would have 10 - 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, however, more or less experience will be considered if otherwise qualified
• Applicants should be available for all sessions, as 100% attendance is required for the program
• Applicants must have the desire to gain insights, and leadership skills, and also have a strong aspiration to positions of greater influence within their organization
Application Requirements:
• Complete the online application
• One recommendation from a senior executive within your organization. The recommendation should be from a person that knows you well and has been able to observe your development and actions in the organization. The recommendation should include observations about your performance and should also provide an assessment of your interest in developing as a leader. Click here for the link to be shared with the individual providing the recommendation.
• Please provide a 300-500 word personal statement incorporating some of the questions below to help us understand who you are and why you should be considered for this program: your objectives and goals as they relate to attending this program; your career goals; what you think other program participants may learn from you (i.e. perspectives, skills and expertise); areas for growth that you have identified for yourself; what sets you apart from the rest of the applicant pool; why is it important to you at this stage in your career to participate in a leadership program; what do you want to gain from the program; and any other details that you would like to share for consideration of your application.
