Proposal

The Ahpra Enterprise Agreement 2022–2025 is currently due to expire on the 30th June 2025.

Ahpra and the CPSU have put forward a proposal to defer negotiations on a new Enterprise Agreement until December 2025, subject to the conditions below:
  1. All employees covered by the above enterprise agreement will receive a salary increase of 4.25% from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2025
  2. Wage related allowances outlined in Appendix 1c being on call, first aid and emergency warden allowances will be increased by 4.25% from 1 July 2025
  3. The increased salary rates in point 1 will also be applied to any performance increments that an employee is entitled to under Clause 31.3
  4. The salary and allowances increase in points 1 and 2 will be incorporated into any new enterprise agreement and will be the basis of any future salary increase etc that will be negotiated on.
  5. All other conditions of the existing enterprise agreement will remain in place.
  6. The parties agree to start negotiations on the next enterprise agreement on 9 December 2025 and shortly after that meeting the NERR notice will be issued, and further meeting will occur on 19 January 2026 with the unions and any nominated employee bargaining representatives.
