Missio Nexus invites you to participate in the 2024 senior leader compensation study.  This survey is designed to collect compensation data for the top senior leaders/c-level staff positions within North American mission agencies.  The purpose of this survey is to help each other know the current rates within our peer group, and is not meant to be a comprehensive survey of all issues related to compensation such as benefits, time off, etc...  

We are only asking for the cash compensation amount which would include salary and housing allowance.  This would essentially be the numbers to end up on a W-2 or T-4.  Do not include the value of a vehicle if provided, the value of medical insurance that is provided, etc...
