Introduction

This survey applies to all abstracts submitted for potential presentation at the 2024 Winter Seminar (February 1-3, 2024 - Lake Louise, Canada). All authors included on a research abstract are required to submit a disclosure. The ACCME now requires disclosure information to be provided for a 24-month period. The Research Division will review your disclosures as part of the abstract evaluations.

You must alert the Society’s staff in writing of any changes that have bearing on your disclosure.
