Nominate an outstanding place to work in the North Bay.
Nominations Open March 21 - April 28, 2024

Companies and/or organizations must have a location in the North Bay Area, specifically in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Solano, Lake, or Mendocino Counties, and a minimum of 15 employees.

Only one nomination is needed per company. Once nominations are closed, nominated companies will be contacted and asked to complete a more detailed Company Profile. Their employees will be asked to complete an anonymous employee survey.

Judging is based on the quality of the company and its survey scores, not the quantity of nominations.

The Best Places to Work Awards will be celebrated on September 10 at Graton Resort & Casino. More information will follow.
