Dear Charter Program Students, Parents, Staff, and Community Members:
One of the reasons for high satisfaction levels among our stakeholders is that we value your opinion.  The strength and variety of our programs are a direct result of your input and suggestions over time.  We continuously strive to improve our programs, and one key way we do this is by surveying our stakeholders on a regular basis. We would be grateful if you would complete the following brief, 14 question survey, which allows you to rate our programs in some broad areas that are directly aligned with our goals.
