Reach Academy 2nd Annual Family Engagement Survey
Dear Parents,
We want to know what you think!
Please take 12 – 15 minutes to give us your thoughts and return the survey as soon as possible. Only one survey is needed per family and the classes with the highest return rates receive a pizza party.
Early next year, survey results will be shared with the school community in time for 2016 and 2017school budget planning.
Our partner, Parent Leadership Action Network (PLAN) is our co-sponsor in this effort of transformative family engagement --when families, communities and schools work together, students are more successful and the entire community benefits.
The Purposes Of The Survey Are To Identify Parents And Caregivers’:
· Perception of staff outreach to and regard for families
· Perception of what is working well to engage families
· Level of engagement with our school
· Self- confidence in their knowledge of and ability to influence their children’s education
· Suggestions to increase family engagement, improve school climate and increase student success
· Recommendations on the best times to hold events.
