The Health Resources and Services Administration's (HRSA) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Center for Quality Improvement & Implementation (CQII) is pleased to announce the advanced quality improvement training titled Training of Quality (TQL) Program. The training is scheduled for April 6-8, 2026, at Crowne Plaza Houston Galleria located at 7611 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas, USA 77024. The TQL Program aims to build the individual capacity of quality managers and those directing clinical quality management (CQM) programs to effectively lead such programs and facilitate quality improvement activities.

As you begin the application process, please remember a few things:
> CQII cannot process incomplete applications. The entire form must be completed.
>CQII will review applications in collaboration with the HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau. Be sure to include your Project Officer's name as it is necessary to complete the application.
> Applicants must be RWHAP recipients. If the applicant agency is a subrecipient of a RWHAP recipient, the recipient agency must approve the applicant’s participation and a recipient CQM staff member is expected to participate alongside their subrecipient.
> Preference will be given to individuals with CQM experience and those who are key individuals in the organization’s quality program.
> Selected participants must commit to completing the post-work which consists of submitting your team structure (listing each discipline represented on the team), improvement priorities for the next six months, and an action plan to implement priorities. This should be sent to CQII within 90 days of completion of the TQL. CQII staff will be able to assist you.
> Applicants will be notified via email from CQII of their acceptance or non acceptance within 10 business days of the application being submitted. If notification is not received within 10 business days, contact CQII via email at info@CQII.org. After receiving an acceptance notification, applicants have three business days to respond confirming attendance.
