Education sessions will be on Saturday, October 22, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Rivers Casino & Resort/The Landing Hotel in Schenectady, NY. Please make sure you are available during that timeframe before submitting your presentation for consideration. If you should have any time conflicts, make sure to note them on the form.
 
NYSBCA is looking for presentations that address current hot topics for the school bus transportation industry to provide our attendees with new and beneficial content. NO SALES PITCHES!

If selected, the information you provide will be published in our marketing materials online/print, in emails, and on the NYSBCA website. If, at any time, you have a change or update to your session title or description, please email tammy.mortier@nysbca.com. As it gets closer to the convention, we understand there can be new information released that you would want to include. In the meantime, we need a session title and description to promote in advance.
 
SPEAKER FEES | We solicit partnerships with industry experts on various diverse topics related to student transportation. In exchange for sharing your expertise with our membership, we provide increased visibility and opportunities to strengthen relationships with contractor decision-makers. NYSBCA generally does not compensate speakers; however, we do cover your registration fee if you want to attend the convention and your meals at the convention. If you have any requirements for compensation (.i.e, speaker fee, mileage, hotel accommodations), please list them on the form for our committee to review. We appreciate your interest in presenting at NYSBCA Annual Convention.
