What are Stretch Goals?
Stretch Goals is a term coined by Jack Welch at GE to denote those objectives which are seemingly unobtainable with present resources. By specifying the "unattainable", people are required to "think outside the box", and able to improve performance by a magnitude they had never thought possible.
The U. S. WIN Professional Development (PD) Committee is hosting a panel discussion on Stretch Goals. The panelists will share their experiences with career and personal development using these goals. A panel Q&A will follow.

Please register by close of business on February 22, 2018. Call in instructions will be provided to registered participants the week of the webinar.
Please email the U.S. WIN PD Committee at ProfDvmt@winus.org if you have any questions.
