North Central District Application

Graduating high school seniors who participate in a North Central District Honor Ensemble (Band, Choir, Orchestra, Jazz Band) may apply for a scholarship in the amount of $500.00.  Scholarship requirements are as follows:
  • Applicants are required to attend a community college, college, or university in the state of Kansas.
  • Applicants must major in Music Education.  
Recipients will receive a check from the NCKMEA Executive Director after a letter of acceptance from the Department Chair of the music program where they are enrolled is received.
