Vermont Cheese Council is hosting the Vermont Cheese Summit on August 13 & 14, and we’re looking for your input! 
 
The Summit will be open to cheese industry attendees: grocery, retail, and distributor buyers; store owners; mongers; chefs; restaurant staff; etc. –  anyone who buys, uses, or sells cheese!  
 
Programing includes organized small group site tours on Saturday, hosted by individual cheesemakers at their creameries or production facilities, and an educational and sampling event at Shelburne Farms (Shelburne, Vermont) on Sunday featuring:
  • Three educational sessions on cheesemaking featuring cheese professionals and Vermont cheesemakers (we’ll update the list as we confirm speakers and panels!)
  • Sampling session with Vermont cheesemakers – so you can try products from up to 40 cheesemakers and talk about how to get them
