Joint staff side survey on NHS on-call negotiations

This joint union survey of NHS employing organisations in England is being conducted by those NHS Trade Unions who are members of the NHS Staff Council On-call subgroup. The purpose of the survey is to get a rough idea of what progress has been made to date on putting harmonised on-call agreements in place. If you have a completed agreement, it would be very useful if you could send a copy of this to your union on-call lead. Names and contact details of union leads are listed at the bottom of this message.

The survey should take only a couple of minutes to complete but will be very helpful in gauging progress on these negotiations.

The information you give us will be shared among the staff side of the on-call subgroup.
