Updated Sea Kayak Motivation Survey: Why do you sea kayak?

There are three parts to this survey. The first part (next page) is a formal consent form.

The second part asks for demographic information and a couple of questions about your sea kayaking background.

The third part is the heart of the survey.  Each item is a possible reason that people may be involved in and enjoy sea kayaking. For each item, please indicate the level of importance the item has for YOU, on a five-point scale from "not at all important" to "extremely important".  

You can go back to previous pages to edit your answers. But once submitted you will not be able to edit.

The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for taking the time to do it.

The survey is anonymous. Your name does not appear on the survey at all. When the results are reported, no individual will be identified.
