The drug you are/were taking for MS, Ocrevus (Ocrelizumab), works by lowering the number of certain white blood cells in your immunity called B-cells.

There is strong evidence that shows that the B-cell numbers are lowered for durations longer than 6 months (7 to 26 months which differs from person to person), which means you may not need to take Ocrevus at a fixed 6-month schedule as long as we monitor you B-cells to make sure they are still low.

Knowing this, please answer the following 5 questions:

Question Title

* 1. Does your neurologist already have you on an individualized schedule according to your B-cell numbers or is it a fixed 6-month schedule?

Question Title

* 4. If you are/were already taking Ocrevus, would you be willing to participate in a trial like this, for which you will need to change your Ocrevus infusion schedule from the fixed 6-months interval to a more individualized schedule of Ocrevus infusions that requires blood draws every 2 months to monitor your B-cell numbers?

* 5. Would you be willing to receive more closer monitoring of your B-cell numbers with blood draws every 1 month?
