Bakers Hill Community Plan

 

Thank you for participating in our survey about living in Bakers Hill.  We appreciate that your time is valuable so we have designed the survey to make it as quick and easy as possible for you (estimated completion time 8 minutes) but there are options to say more if you'd like to.

 

 

Surveys are being placed in Bakers Hill post boxes.  Additional hard copies can be collected from the Bakers Hill Hardware.

Survey responents should be 15 years or older. Survey respones are not restricted to one per household, individuals meeting the minimum age requirements are all encouraged to have their say.  Survey's completed by hand can be dropped in at the Bakers Hill Hardware.

 

 

Your feedback is very important as it will help the Shire of Northam to better understand community needs. The results will be used to develop a Community Plan to guide investment in the town over the next 10 years. The Plan will help the Council to make better decisions on the allocation of funding and also to provide solid data to assist in lobbying other tiers of government for better services across a wide range of areas including roads, health, safety and industry development.

 

All results will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the Privacy Act.  Survey findings will be presented to the Council and included into the Bakers Hill Community Plan as anonymous totals and percentages.  No individual will be identified.
