TODDINGTON NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN – COMMUNITY SURVEY

Introduction
A Neighbourhood Plan is a community-led framework that guides future development, land use and local priorities within a specific area. This survey is part of our consultation with the community and we value your comments and feedback. If adopted by means of a referendum, the Plan becomes part of the planning application process and needs to be taken into account when development applications are determined by Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC). The Plan does not decide on housing allocations or planning applications which derive from the CBC Local Plan, but without a Neighbourhood Plan our community has no collective voice. The Plan will be used during the planning determination process.
