Scouts NSW Culture and Diversity Survey

We are building a positive and enabling culture in Scouts NSW to ensure we are successful in recruiting, retaining and developing our youth members, and in retaining and recruiting adult members and supporters.

Your voice is critical to inform the actions we can take to make our culture what you want it to be so that you feel valued, energised and happy to be part of the Scouts NSW family.

This survey should take no longer than 15 minutes. All responses will be appreciated by our Culture Taskforce and the Working Groups focused on making the changes to Scouting that you would like to see.

While responses are anonymous, you are welcome to provide your name and contact details should you wish to be contacted by Belinda Francis our Deputy Chief Commissioner (Growth, Strategies and Group Support) or another member of our senior leadership team to discuss particular feedback or challenges.
