The Bright Start Tennessee Network Change Maker Awards aim to honor bold, dedicated and visionary leaders who have made a significant, positive impact on Tennessee’s youngest children and their families.

We’re seeking individuals involved in their community's Bright Start work who have gone above and beyond to advance early childhood care and education systems through one or more of the three Bright Start domains: early learning, health/mental health, and family supports.

Change Makers are resilient and passionate. They are the movers, shakers, and bridge-builders who challenge the status quo, inspire others to action, and create measurable momentum in early care and education. Whether they’re organizing their communities, shaping policies, or driving initiatives that improve outcomes for children birth through third grade, these leaders have left a lasting mark on Tennessee’s early childhood landscape.
