Student Food Service Account Options Survey

2022-23 School Year

The default status for student food service accounts is completely open to all meals unless this survey is filled out. All meals come with milk, but if a student wants extra milk or just wants a milk by itself, it has a separate charge. The fees are as follows:

Breakfast

Paid: $2.00
Free: Free
Reduced: Free

Lunch
Paid: $3.50
Free: Free
Reduced: Free

Milk Only
Paid: .50
Free: .50
Reduced: .50

Second meals are charged at the paid rate for ALL students including those qualified for Free and Reduced meals.
