Declaration of Conflicts
The CAS and BCAS Conflict of Interest Policy states: 
The following categories of people are deemed to have a conflict of interest at the beginning of the competitive season (or as they arise) to the BC Officials Committee Event Manager in the manner prescribed by CAS, BCAS or the Member Club, as applicable, and withdraw from events or competitions when appropriate:

a) a family member of a competitor 
b) a current Coach of a competitor or a family member of a Coach of a competitor
c) a Club Manager of a competitor or a family member of a Club Manager of a competitor
d) a Team Manager of a competitor or a family member of a Team Manager of a competitor
e) a member of the Board of a competitor's club or a family member of a member of the Board of a competitor's club.

If for any other reason you feel that you have a conflict, please include that in your additional information.

Membership Fees
BC Artistic Swimming will waive the fees for Judges and Referees who actively officiated in at least two (2) competitions in the previous season (2021-2022).

In recognition of National Judges and Referees who continue to voluntarily invest in their development pathway and to share their knowledge and experience within the province of BC, BC Artistic Swimming will pay the Canada Artistic Swimming fees and has eliminated provincial fees.

BC Artistic Swimming will invoice any officials who has dues for the 2022-2023 season.
