This registration form will remain open for the duration of the public hearing for those interested in signing up to speak. Speaking periods will be limited to 3 minutes. The virtual public hearing will be held until the last public commentator has spoken. 

For those wanting to submit written public comments to the GLO, please send them to cdr@recovery.texas.gov. 

The GLO will provide reasonable accommodations for persons attending the virtual public hearing. The public hearing will be conducted in English and requests for language interpreters or other special communication needs should be made at least 48 hours prior to the virtual public hearing.
