General Information

Thank you for your interest in hosting an industry-supported session at ACR Convergence 2021. Please be sure you are familiar with the different types of industry sessions being offered by reviewing the information on the ACR Website. 

Applications received by June 4, 2021 will be assigned timeslots based on the following criteria:
  1. Corporate donor status, including Foundation Corporate Roundtable membership
  2. Convergence 2021 Engagement Package Level
  3. Date/time order the application was received
Applications received by June 4, 2021 will receive a timeslot assignment by June 14, 2021. All applications received after June 4, 2021 will be reviewed on a rolling basis and assigned available time slots based on the date/time the application is received. ACR cannot sign third-party agreements. 

Once time slots are assigned, ACR will provide companies with a Letter of Agreement (LOA) outlining all guidelines, payment terms, and cancellation policies. Timeslots will not be considered confirmed until a fully executed LOA is received.
