ROCK-It Club Parent Engagement Survey

As you know, Mohave Valley School District has been awarded a 21st Century Learning Grant for after school programming in our schools. One of the required components is that the program provide two hours of parent engagement activities each week. 

Because these activities are required by the grant, and because the district can lose the grant without parent participation, it is important that we know the type of programs parents are interested in, the best times to attend these programs, etc. 

Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. We will use the results to plan for our second semester parent engagement activities.
