The Staten Island Economic Development Corporation (SIEDC) is excited to kick off the nomination process for the 2023 "20 Under 40" Awards.
Each year the SIEDC recognizes 20 young professionals under the age of 40 who have made an impact on Staten Island. These individuals include entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and the borough’s newest business leaders. The goal in presenting these awards is to promote young Staten Island leaders who have contributed to improving the borough's economy and quality of life. The awards will be presented at the SIEDC's Business Conference in April 2023.
The criteria for nomination are:

2) The nominee must be employed at a public or private company, non-profit organization or government agency, holding an executive-level position
3) The nominee must have a demonstrable record of contribution to the Staten Island business community and economic vitality of the borough
Extra consideration will be given to candidates who have made a significant economic contribution in the past year. The nominee is not required to be a member of the SIEDC. Nominations may come from SIEDC members and non-members and will be accepted until February 20, 2022.
