2020 Volunteer of the Year |
The Volunteer of the Year is an award given to up to four outstanding volunteers who have made significant contributions as a volunteer for the TS Alliance. Beginning with the 2013 awards, the selected winners will not only be evaluated based only the previous 12 months work, but will also be evaluated based on their contribution to the organization as a whole, with emphasis on specific contributions in the last 12-18 months.
*Please note that past volunteer of the year winners are not eligible.
The selection process will continue to be peer-reviewed by past Volunteer of the Year winners. The first page of this form is withheld for anonymity throughout the review process until the winners are selected. We encourage you to nominate individuals that have made a significant impact through their volunteer work and have reflected the mission of the TS Alliance as one who is striving for a cure while improving the lives of those affected by TSC.
