Application submitted by the April 15 priority points deadline will be assigned a time slot based on the following criteria:
  • Corporate donor status, including Foundation Corporate Roundtable membership, as of March 15, 2020.
  • Number of priority points
  • Date/time order the application is received
Any applications that come in after the priority points deadline will be assigned in the order in which the application is received.

Upgrade package includes:
  • A recording of your sessions
  • The ability to live-stream your session directly into your booth (10x20 booth size required)
  • Pre-scheduled, 30 minute, "day of" rehearsal time with AV tech

  • Once your time slot has been assigned and confirmed, the sponsoring company will be invoiced for the total fee amount.
  • Payments will be due by August 21, 2020
  • Cancellation must be received in writing to Nat Cabrera at ncabrera@rheumatology.org. Programs cancelled prior to August. 7, 2020 will still owe 50% of the administrative fee. Presentations cancelled after August 7, 2020 will incur a full payment penalty.
