Welcome! Help shape the future of transportation in Portland

Thank you for participating in the 2045 Transportation System Plan Project Prioritization Open House.

The Transportation System Plan (TSP) is the 20-year plan to guide transportation projects, programs, policies, and investments in Portland. Right now, the 2045 TSP is matching up the amount of money the City anticipates being able to get over the next 20 years, with a list of the most important infrastructure improvements we can make for our transportation system.

Your feedback can help us shape this list. Share your priorities for Portland’s transportation system and, if you’d like, consider tradeoffs and provide more detailed feedback on which projects you think should be prioritized over others.

This survey is divided in two parts:

Part 1: Overall priorities. Share your high-level feedback on how the project list supports different performance measures.

Part 2: Individual projects. This is an opportunity to provide more detailed feedback on specific projects, and which should be prioritized over others. You can review the full list or focus on a smaller group of projects by geography or type, depending on your interests and the time you have available. We recognize that reviewing individual projects takes more time, so this section can be skipped for those only wanting to share their high-level feedback.

Please note: If you plan to review the project lists and provide detailed feedback, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer for the best experience.
