203x3 unConference

We are excited to invite you to be part of an upcoming series of events, marking our 10-year anniversary of community-centered practice. The 203x3 unConference, centered on the theme of Regeneration, will broaden and deepen our commitment to inclusive innovation practices. Ten years is not just a milestone for us; it’s a testament to the power of collaboration, community-building, and imagination. We’ve come a long way, and we’re excited to continue this journey together with you.

Starting this winter and throughout the year, the series of 203x3 unConference events will center around the theme of regeneration. We’re embracing the moment as an opportunity to learn/unlearn, grow, and regenerate our inclusive practices in community—with our team members, collaborators, thought partners, peer practitioners, contributors with lived wisdom, advocates, critics, and neighbors. By assembling new perspectives and ways of working in the fields of environmental justice and urban innovation, we aim to surface regenerative futures. These events will foster discussion to explore dimensions of inclusion, share insights, and yield emergent pathways for transformative change. In the spirit of an “unConference”, each event will spotlight stakeholder voices and interests, with dedicated 3x3 team leads serving as advocates and co-facilitators at each gathering.

The unConference will take place over the course of the spring and fall as a series of distributed events. Submissions will be accepted through March 18. We will review submissions with a team of advisors and coordinate logistics with proposers. Notification of selection will occur on a rolling basis. All teams selected for the fall will be notified before the end of May. Sponsors will be announced in the lead-up to the unconference.
