Federal Public Defender Reappointment Survey - Leilani V. Lujan, Districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands

The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is considering reappointment of Leilani V. Lujan to an additional four-year term as Federal Public Defender for the Districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. All persons with knowledge of the performance of Federal Public Defender Leilani V. Lujan or the Districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands Federal Public Defender Offices are invited to complete this evaluation survey, which is an important part of the Court's review process.

The survey should take 5 to 15 minutes to complete and will be available until October 16, 2026,
