NANETS is pleased to open the Call for Host Institutions and Course Directors for the 2027 Regional Education Conference Series. Building on the success of our 2026 regional meetings, we are seeking proposals to host 2–3 regional conferences during Q1 through early Q3 of 2027.

Our 2026 Regional Education Conferences were highly successful, bringing together multidisciplinary NET professionals for outstanding educational programming while strengthening engagement with industry partners, patient advocacy organizations, and local institutions. Host institutions reported meaningful opportunities to showcase their expertise, build regional collaborations, and expand access to high-quality NET education.

Regional conferences provide an opportunity to highlight your institution's commitment to excellence in neuroendocrine tumor (NET) care, research, and education while convening physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, allied health professionals, trainees, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team from across your region. We are especially interested in proposals that demonstrate strong educational leadership, institutional collaboration, and the ability to attract meaningful regional participation (target attendance: 60+ participants).

Selected host institutions and course directors will partner closely with NANETS staff throughout the planning process, including program development, faculty recruitment, marketing and outreach, sponsorship coordination, and onsite meeting execution. Our goal is to create collaborative, high-impact educational experiences that reflect the needs of the regional NET community while maintaining the quality and consistency of the NANETS educational portfolio.

While the ability to host the conference at your institution, provide local sponsorship support, or partner with another institution or course director are factors the selection committee may consider, these are not required to apply. We encourage all interested institutions and individuals to submit a proposal. Applications will be evaluated based on educational impact, geographic diversity, institutional engagement, and alignment with NANETS' strategic goals.
