2027 Capitol Recycles Day Interest Survey

Recycling Florida Today, in partnership with the Florida Composting Council, is exploring a “Capitol Recycles Day” legislative day in Tallahassee on March 8 and 9, 2027 (updated dates), during the 2027 Florida Legislative Session. The event dates were updated based on availability to host this event on the third floor of the Capitol with displays and other promotions.

    • Afternoon legislative advocacy and education workshop
    • Evening networking social
    • Opportunity to meet with state legislators
  • March 9th
    • Grab and go breakfast provided at the Capitol
    • Day at the Capital education and outreach at the Rotunda
    • Lunch on your own
    • Opportunity to meet with state legislators
    • Group wrap-up and photo
