Adrian
AT&T Fiber Tech Package
Developed for AT&T's transition from cable to fiber installations, this package includes a custom fiber hanger that organizes materials by length to reduce waste. A rear-mounted cooler system provides access to drinking water, while a lockable rear-seat cabinet secures tools and charges electronics. The package also includes an organized topper toolbox and an extended ladder rack designed to accommodate longer extension ladders on short-bed trucks, addressing changing equipment, storage, and technician needs.

DECKED
DECKED for Ford Maverick Upfit Package
The DECKED Drawer System and CargoGlide package creates a two-tier storage solution for the Ford Maverick. A full-length, weatherproof drawer secures tools and smaller equipment beneath a top deck rated for 1,000 pounds. The CargoGlide sliding tray mounts on that deck and brings larger materials to the tailgate for easier access. Together, these systems maximize the compact truck’s bed space while reducing the need for technicians to climb into the bed or reach over its sides.

DuraMag — Aebi Schmidt Group
DuraMag Aluminum Service Body
Designed for daily fleet use, the DuraMag Aluminum Service Body features fully welded aluminum construction, heavy-duty full-length sills, and weather-resistant compartments. Proprietary door extrusions, compression latches, automotive bulb seals, and rivetless polymer latches help protect stored tools and equipment. Nitrogen struts support access to vertical compartments, while a Grip Strut bumper provides a slip-resistant stepping surface. The design emphasizes corrosion resistance, secure storage, durability, and technician access in demanding operating environments.

Leitner Designs
ACS FORGED Public Safety Configuration
The ACS FORGED modular truck bed rack uses a universal T-slot architecture with lockable GearPOD storage and mounting provisions for lighting, antennas, and communications equipment. Designed for public safety fleets, it positions equipment within reach from the ground to reduce climbing and awkward lifting. The system is validated to withstand 4.0g of force with a 400-pound load. Its transferable, reconfigurable design allows fleets to reuse the platform and accessories when vehicles are replaced.

Mike Albert Fleet Solutions
Dent Wizard Next-Generation All-Electric Equipment Mobile Paint Correction Truck
Developed for Dent Wizard's Nissan Frontier mobile paint-correction fleet, this redesigned upfit replaces a separate inverter, battery, and gasoline generator with a single Pecron battery power system. Charging options include shore power, the vehicle's alternator, and roof-mounted solar. Expanded storage and a pullout bed slide improve access to tools and materials. The prototype eliminates the need to carry generator fuel alongside paint supplies and is being evaluated for a planned 62-truck deployment.

Monroe — Aebi Schmidt Group
ServicePRO XP from Monroe
The ServicePRO XP combines service-body features from Monroe, Royal, and DuraMag, including HUCK Lock-Bolt construction, a five-point locking system, aluminum shelving, and configurable equipment mounting. Additional features include a StepMate bumper, integrated grab handles, compression door pockets, and storage for longer items. Designed for utility, HVAC, municipal, construction, and maintenance applications, the body provides organized storage and equipment access. Validation included durability, proving-ground, and corrosion testing to assess long-term fleet performance.

Ranger Design
TRAZER Custom BrightView Truck Irrigation System
Built on a Ford F-250, this irrigation service upfit combines lightweight aluminum shelving, a full-extension DECKED CargoGlide, an eight-foot canopy, and a TRAZER roof rack with an over-cab extension for transporting long pipes. The configuration preserves towing capability while positioning tools and supplies between waist and eye level for easier access. Developed with input from BrightView personnel, the layout mirrors the company's irrigation vans to support consistent equipment organization across vehicle types.

Reading Truck Equipment
Custom Chevy 1500 Upfit
Designed for an energy contracting company's Chevrolet 1500 fleet, this custom upfit features reinforced bed rails integrated into the headache rack for added rigidity. Its primary feature is a collapsible bed pan that protects the truck bed during normal operations while being designed to fold inward during a rear-end collision. The configuration addresses the fleet's operational requirements while considering how rigid upfit structures may affect collision safety.

Stellar
2026 Stellar TMAX1 Mechanic Truck
The 2026 Stellar TMAX1 Mechanic Truck combines a lightweight aluminum body with configurable storage, integrated accessory mounting rails, adjustable shelving, and compatibility with service cranes, compressors, and power systems. The 2026 model introduces high-intensity LED taillights with cascading turn signals for improved visibility. Expanded storage and control-panel mounting options allow operators to customize compartments without drilling, helping prevent corrosion, leaks, and wear while keeping tools and equipment accessible for field repairs.
