2027 Missionary Cooperation Plan (MCP) Application

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please read carefully before completing your application.

1. Review the MCP Application Questions in advance to ensure you are prepared to provide all required information.

2. Submission Deadline: All applications must be received by October 30, 2026, in order to be considered for the 2027 Missionary Cooperation Plan (MCP).

3. Application Limits: Each mission organization may submit only one application.

4. Completeness and Accuracy:
  • All questions are required. If a question does not apply to your mission group, please write “N/A.”
  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Avoid misspellings and do not use all capital letters when completing the form.
5. Application Review and Parish Matching: The details you provide will be used to determine parish assignments and ensure effective coordination. Please be accurate and transparent about your mission group’s abilities and availability.

6. Mission Group Acceptance: Mission groups accepted will receive an invitation to participate on MCP by March 1, 2027.

7. Fund Reporting Requirement: Mission groups that received funds in 2025 must submit the 2025 MCP Fund Report to be eligible for future participation in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
