2027 Aging Needs Survey

Introduction

Senior Connection Center is your local Area Agency on Aging and Aging and Disability Resource Center serving Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee, and Polk counties. Senior Connection Center's mission is to help older adults and persons with disabilities live with independence and dignity. This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and we will use your answers to help us plan and improve the information and services we provide to local seniors and those who care for them.
