Federal Public Defender Reappointment Survey - Rene L. Valladares, District of Nevada

The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is considering reappointment of Rene L. Valladares to an additional four-year term as Federal Public Defender for the District of Nevada. All persons with knowledge of the performance of Federal Public Defender Rene L. Valladares or the District of Nevada Federal Public Defender Office are invited to complete this evaluation survey, which is an important part of the Court's review process.

The survey should take 5 to 15 minutes to complete and will be available until Friday, June 26, 2026,
