Candidate for ACEND Board Student Representative Application Requirements

Please complete your application and keep your responses succinct. Additionally, you must upload the supporting documents listed below for the application to be considered complete. Applications submitted past the deadline of November 1, 2026 or missing any information will not be considered. Learn more information on the role of the ACEND Student Representative.

The time commitment involved with being on the Board includes:
  • Attending the Program Reviewer Workshop and CBE Workshop for onboarding in the spring or summer
  • Attending one site visit as an observer within 1 year of appointment
  • Approximately 3 hours/month for monthly ACEND Board and committee conference calls.
  • Approximately 1-3 hours/week for various responsibilities, such as materials to review, committee work, etc.
  • Approximately 3 days in January and July for in-person Board meetings.
10.How flexible is your schedule in accommodating the responsibilities of an ACEND Board member and representing ACEND’s role to the profession?
