Request for Canadian Wildlife Federation pollinator-friendly plants 2026

Please complete this form to request pollinator plants for your school.
Please note that there is a limited supply of plants and not all schools will be selected - applications close March 31, 2026. If your school is selected to receive plants, you will be contacted in April of 2026. In May, teachers will be invited to a centralized pickup event to receive their plants. Expect this to take place on a weekday evening and to be an hour or longer in duration.
