10.As a token of our appreciation for your valuable contribution to our mission, if you are selected to speak at the 2026 Conference, AAE will provide up to $500 for travel (including airfare, mileage, and/or parking). Additionally, we will offer one night of lodging—either the night prior to your presentation or the night immediately following it.

For speakers who reside within a 60-mile radius of the conference venue, lodging support is not typically provided.

All speakers will receive complimentary registration to the AAE Conference, which includes meals and continuing education credits.

Please note that we are unable to cover any expenses beyond the terms outlined above.
