New for 2026, artisan and crafter vendors must apply before registering. Applications will be reviewed by a vendor selection committee to help ensure product quality, local representation, category balance, and a strong overall event experience.

This application is for artisan and crafter vendors only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed based on event fit, booth presentation, products offered, and available space.

Artisan and crafter applications close July 24, 2026. Applications will not be reviewed until after the close date, so you can take your time completing the form. Selected applicants will receive registration information by August 7, 2026.

Before completing this application, please review the Farm Day in the City Vendor Terms and Conditions so you understand the event requirements, eligibility guidelines, load-in/load-out expectations, and vendor responsibilities.
