This is your opportunity to share your expertise, showcase innovative practices, and contribute to advancing nursing knowledge and patient care. We welcome submissions that address current challenges, evidence-based practices, and forward-thinking solutions in healthcare.
Suggested Topics
We encourage poster submissions in (but not limited to) the following areas:
- Clinical Practice Innovations – New protocols, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement projects
- Nursing Education – Teaching strategies, simulation, and competency-based learning
- Research & Evidence-Based Practice – Study findings, literature reviews, and implementation science
- Technology in Nursing – Telehealth, AI integration, and digital health tools
- Leadership & Policy – Advocacy, workforce development, and healthcare policy impact
- Community & Public Health – Population health, health equity, and outreach programs
Who Should Submit
LPNs, RNs, APRNs, Nurse Educators, Nursing Students (undergraduate and graduate), and Interdisciplinary healthcare teams with nursing involvement.

Presentation Details
The digital poster presentations will be done on Thursday, September 24th. If selected, presenters will need to bring a laptop to show their "poster" and present to attendees. Posters will be scored by attendees and the top three will receive a prize sponsored by SIGMA Theata Tau Alpha Pi Chapter during the Nursing Awards Reception.
